The Design Process
I know the importance of your special day and have everything covered for your entire wedding stationery needs.

I pride myself by working closely with all my clients, which gives me the opportunity to offer a bespoke experience, encapsulating your vision through beautifully unique illustrations and quality materials.

Below you will find a step-by-step guide on the process involved in creating your dream stationery.
Consultation​
Once couples have got in contact with me via email, I will arrange for us to have a chat or video call.
This allows us to get to know each other a little better and begin to discuss your ideas.
Whether you are in the early stages of thinking about wedding stationery or know exactly what you want,
the creative process starts here. It's always a good idea for couples to know roughly what stationery they would like
and the type of design they are looking for, however this is not essential and I am more than happy to offer advice.

Initial Designs & Quote​
Once I have built up a more in depth understanding of what you are looking for, I get sketching!
I usually come up with 2-3 simple ideas to get us started. I then email over these ideas, along with a quote.

This is the point where you decide if you would like to go ahead.
If the answer is YES (which I really hope it is!), a small deposit will be required to secure your wedding date.

Design​
Once we have had a further chat about the initial sketches and confirmed the design, the fun part starts for me!
I then get to work on turning your ideas into beautiful, bespoke illustrations. This process usually takes around 2 weeks.

Once all artwork is completed, I create digital versions by scanning and editing the artwork...
but don't worry, you will get to keep all original artwork, which makes a lovely keepsake.

Whilst I am creating the illustrations for your stationery, it's the perfect time for couples to send over the wording they would like.
I am always happy to help with this, and can send examples if needed.

I will then mock up your stationery with the artwork and your required wording. At this point you will have the opportunity to
experiment with the layout, font, text colour and wording, until we have achieved a design that you truly love.

​Once we have confirmed the final design it is essential that you double check you are 100% happy with everything...
it is each couples responsibility to make sure there are no mistakes.
Once the final proof has been approved I will send over the invoice for payment.
All stationery will be sent to print when payment has been made.

Delivery
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
To help keep costs down, all stationery is sent directly from the printers to you.
If there are any issues on delivery, I ask that all couples contact me immediately and I will organise replacements as soon as possible.
