Frequently Asked Questions
When should I get in touch regarding Wedding Stationery?
There really is no right or wrong answer to this question. Ideally it's good to get in touch a few months before you require your stationery so we have plenty of time to discuss your vision and get creative!

Delivery
Due to the bespoke nature of all my products, delivery times can differ.
I provide customers with an approximate date when their order has gone to print. This is usually around 5-7 days.

I require full payment for all orders before I send to print. All orders are sent directly to you from the printers.
This allow me to keep costs down and get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Samples
Unfortunately I cannot send printed proofs of your specific designs, due to the expensive nature of setting up a single print run. However, I do offer wedding and shoot card sample packs, which include a selection of designs, allowing you to get a feel of the print & paper quality.

Final Approval
All stationery and bespoke products require final approval before going to print. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you are 100% happy with the artwork, layout and text before giving the go ahead and making the final payment.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of the products I offer, you cannot request a return or refund if you change your mind or notice a grammatical error etc. A replacement will only be offered if the product arrives damaged or does not match the final proof approved.
