RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have up to 14 days on receiving your goods to apply for a refund.

To be considered for a refund, your order must be returned in the same unused condition and in its original packaging. On inspection of the items, a full refund will be automatically applied to the same method of original payment.

If you order is damaged during delivery, please contact us with photographic evidence within 14 days of receiving your order. We will either re-send the same product again, or refund you the full amount.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All Sophie's products are designed and made in the UK.
Please be aware that all products may vary slightly in colour from the images on the website.

Only a small quantity of each print is stocked at Sophie's studio, therefore delivery times may increase on all prints ordered. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and keep you updated throughout the process.

Although Sophie doesn't advertise a framing service, she is happy to advise on the perfect frame to suit the artwork and your home.

Sophie advises all customers interested in oil paintings to book an appointment to view the artwork first-hand. On some occasions Sophie is able to visit you with any artwork of interest, so you can see it in your own home.
